Faculty

Dr. B S Butola obtained his B. Tech. (1990) and Ph.D. degrees (2005) in textile technology from IIT Delhi. He joined IIT Delhi as assistant professor in July 2007. Currently he is a professor at the department of textile technology, IIT Delhi. He has worked in Paharpur Plastics, Sahibabad, and Kanoria Petroproducts Ltd. Sahibabad, UP from 1992 to 1997 in the area of melt spinning of commodity polymers. He also worked at Department of Applied Chemical Sciences and Technology, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar (Punjab) from 1997 to 2007 where he taught textile chemistry related courses to undergraduate students.
